Sexy Leather and Gwyneth Paltrow Go hand in hand for Press Tour

Guess who made a surprise appearance today at Barnes and Noble in New York City? None other than the gorgeous Gwyneth Paltrow, who stopped by at the store for the promotion of the new cookbook that she has written.

She was the connoisseur of all eyes at the store and she looked dapper in her sexy leather pants from leather shop. Once inside the store, she was clamored for autographs and she happily signed on the copies of My Father’s Daughter for her devoted fans.

She is now earning a reputation of a smart and amazing cook after she showed her culinary skills with her great recipes of The Early Show. She has been promoting her book like never before and she also have a big book launch party for Monday night. She has been giving interviews for Good Morning America and Live with Regis and Kelly. Her Bikini clad amazing self cover was also released along with the book to grab more eyeballs for the event.

Now, she moves on to the Ellen DeGeneres show next week where she will talk in detail about her book and future plans. Her causal attire was praised by people all over.

Run away to Los Angeles

Fashion industry is booming with a great speed, he designers have been introducing new things and modern outfits with mix and match that is preferred by the modern generation. Recently a YMI fall runway show took place in Los Angeles, displaying the growing trend of branded jeans and other fashion outfits.

The runway was managed to give a chance for the Los Angeles based junior fashion brands to show up their updates, which will help them analyze where they stand. The show was extra ordinary and the event management was simply superb. The show was divided in three categories, animal prints, glam rock and jeans. The segment of the animal theme featured models wearing leopard printed T shirts and tank tops, faux fur outer wear silhouette and coats with hood.  The best of this segment was a dress studded with metal and sequin designed in such manner displaying animal print.

YMI is a growing fashion industry, with great efforts and challenge it is moving forward now from a jeans label to providing lifestyle brands. It was stared in the year 2000, with major focus on denim. IN every fashion shows, it turned up with new innovations and creations in denim jeans. There offerings in denim are unlimited and marvelous.

It includes anklet jeans, trouser style jeans, and darker shade jeans with micro flare. They have been managing to provide latest jeans styles and outfits till 2011.

In the recent fashion show, YMI turned up with jeans having sequins and tops, leather jackets, lace, studs, and sensational T shirts with a different rock n roll graphic print.

Recently Lindsay Lohan during her court visits for the hearing of the recent felony theft case wore a stunning leather dress stunningly fitting her attitude. Lindsay’s leather jackets wear costs $725, and this attempt popularized the designer revealing his extra innovative abilities of bringing out new things from the dresses of prison inmates. Coming to Kimberly Ovitz, the sensational white dress was sold out within no time.

Also Lohan is not the only one falling for Allegra dresses with LA based designs.

The T shirts by the designers have also been praised by Gwen Stefani, Olsen twins, Nicole Richie and Milla Jovovich. However, the prison inspired outfits are made from old prison jerseys, as the designer believes age of the fabric makes it softer over a period of time. Leather Industry a Thorny Issue in Pakistan

Over a period of time, leather industry has been a bone of contention. First it was the PETA (People for Ethical Treatment of Animals) was pressurizing the leather industry. Then came many other supporters of the animal welfare associations who also have been continuously causing trouble to the leather industry.

Long back leather industry was really huge and fetched a lot of foreign exchange to almost every country. It was a major source of income to various countries and also provided employment opportunities to many.

As of now, the Pakistan government has been in the dire straits and wants to develop their leather industry. The issue is all about the banning the export of live animals to other countries. The Pakistan Tanners Association (PTA) has been demanding the ban. The PTA is of the opinion that the current Leather industry is in a very bad shape and necessary steps have to be taken soon to rebuild this industry. Even Khurshid Alam who is the chairman of Pakistan PTA feels the same. He feels that if this industry is in good shape, it might consequently reflect on the export oriented industries which in turn would have helped them avoid the recent “Petrol Bomb” and later recondition the gas supply of the country.

The Pakistan government feels that they are losing their valuable currency owing to the lack of basic material Wetblue and its export of the leather materials. It is on a deteriorating state of about 30% due to the smuggling of live animals to Iran and Afghanistan. The PTA member wishes for a complete ban on live animals and wants the government to keep a check on it. Along with that, they also expect a ban on the export of Wet blue materials.

Thus the PTA has been requesting the government to look into the leather products and initiate policies that might help in expanding the leather industry. It is felt that this expanding of leather industry can surely develop the country and ensure its citizens the basic needs.

International leather fair 2011 was held from 31st January to 3rd of February where huge participants shared in. The fair was held at Chennai trade center and was organized by India trade promotion organization with an intention to promote external trade in country.
